Hello fellow sensitive one! Let me reassure you that you are not alone your experience of the world. High sensitivity is a trait experienced by 15-20% of the population, and is innate. But this doesn’t mean that you’re doomed to live a life feeling misunderstood, trying to fit into a world that doesn’t get you. Through therapy, you will come to better understand your high sensitivity, find ways to manage your surroundings effectively, and involve yourself in your own life again.

What we’ll work on

Here’s what we’ll do together:

  • Identify symptoms you’re experiencing, and look for patterns of when these symptoms come about.

  • Develop skills to better manage your day to day life.

  • Work on identifying your values and needs.

  • Learn to communicate these values and needs to your support system, and help them understand why the world looks and feels differently to you.

  • Practice self compassion and prioritizing you.
